My story
My education
I studied high school at Tecnologico of Monterrey, and at the age of 18 I moved to Houston. I finished my degree in Advertising and Public Relations and my minor in business administration at the University of Houston. Then I focused on getting certified in Graphic Design, Green Marketing, Photography, Food Photography, Social Media, Typography, among other things in Latin America and the United States.
My Experience
In Monterrey, Mexico, I began my career in 2007 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. I moved to Houston that same year, to go to college, and during my studies, I worked in different places as a graphic designer, media coordinator, publicist and creative. I started working as a freelancer giving branding and advertising consulting, and providing graphic design services. I was so passionate about my projects and seeing my designs help my clients flourish their businesses that in 2010 I decided to open my own bilingual advertising agency iCreate Advertising.
I started with formal clients and at the same time I continued with my studies.
In 2011 I did an internship at López Negrete, the largest Hispanic marketing agency in the United States. A few months later, I started working at Triangle Entertainment as Art Director and Media Assistant where I had the opportunity to work in the creative department of various restaurants, nightclubs, bars and pubs.
In 2012, I graduated from the University of Houston and in 2014 I moved to San Antonio and had the opportunity to work in the creative department of HEB corporate offices.
With all the experience I had gained, along with continuing to train, I decided to dedicate myself 100% to iCreate Advertising.
Now with the support of my lovely husband and my two little ones, I am a full-time designer, dedicated to help my clients meet their sales goals and see their business grow.
My goal is for my clients to see their designs and fall in love with them.
